Super place to live

they dont have the trash cans spred out but other then that it is pleassent.

It's great I would tell anyone to live here.

Safe, Clean, and quiet

It is an average apartment. I would definately recommend the southside of the apartments though because they are much cleaner and look better with all the trees and flowers. On the northside all we have is trash everywhere from the dumpsters.

That it is a great place to reside.

It is pretty nice. I don't often hear my neighbors or have any problems with anyone. The apartments are nice and not crazy priced. May not be the cheapest place, but you pay for quality.

I love living here and the rent is good. The office managers are friendly and resond quickly when you have a problem. I warn them that the laundry rooms are dirty and the dryers are always broken.

I love living here. The laundry, pool, and gym are very conveniently located. Safe neighborhood.

Besides a few minor complaints (laundry mat) it is a great choice for the area

I work in NW OKC, and I commute 30 minutes just because I have never found an apartment I love as much as my place at Raintree Meadows. After my six month lease is up, I'm definitely going to be signing another whole year! Maintenance not only fixes things in a timely fashion, but they do it right the first time, and the rest of the staff is still sure to check in and make sure it was done right! I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever, and I would recommend these apartments to anyone.. and yes I know the apartments next door are cheaper, but have you SEEN the place? Raintree is the best bang for your buck you're going to find in the OKC metro area, I guarantee it.
